Operated by Shobra Outlet Trading L.L.C., trading as ATIR.ae
Ajman DED licence No. 109480
VAT: Shobra Trading of Ready Garments LLC, TRN 100479414300003
Prices include VAT
Our base prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5 per cent. You may display and pay a card order in AED, SAR, QAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, USD or EUR. What you see is what you pay, apart from the delivery charge and any cash on delivery fee, which we show at checkout before you confirm. Every fee includes VAT.
UAE value added tax is 5 per cent on most goods and services, and has been since 1 January 2018. UAE law requires a published price to include it, so tax is never added on top of the price you see.
The VAT on your order is the 5 per cent already inside the total: the total multiplied by 5 and divided by 105, rounded to the fils. It covers the products and every fee charged with them, delivery and the cash on delivery fee included. Checkout shows it under the total, as part of it.
On a card order in another currency, checkout shows the VAT in that currency. Your tax invoice also states the total and the VAT in dirhams, converted at the rate Stripe, our payment provider, applied to your payment. When we refund all or part of an order, the VAT inside the refunded amount comes back with it.

Atir Plus membership
AED 15 every 30 days
Optional. Billed automatically by card or wallet, never cash on delivery, until you cancel. Atir Plus terms
There is no other fee. Gift wrap is an optional extra, priced by style and shown before you pay. Gift wrap and the gift bag are not available with cash on delivery, including cash at pickup; gift boxes are. Offers, such as any four 10 ml decants for up to 40% less, are in Terms of sale and use. A foreign-currency card order shows each fee in that currency at Stripe's rate. On a change-of-mind return the delivery charge and the cash on delivery fee are not refunded; on a faulty, damaged or wrong item everything is. Returns and refunds has the detail.
Service fee
Atir may charge a service fee of AED 1.43, VAT included, on every purchase. It is not charged at present. When it is, it shows as its own line before you pay and never counts toward complimentary delivery, points or rewards. It is refunded only when the order went wrong through our fault, a faulty, damaged or wrong item, not on a change-of-mind return.
Why we are cheaper
We buy genuine stock in bulk from a UAE supplier, sell online and run lean, so we do not carry a mall retailer's cost base. Authenticity and sourcing sets out the whole picture, and the FAQ answers it in plainer language.
How you can pay
Card. Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link run over the same rails.
Paying by card has a smaller footprint than cash. The basis is central bank life-cycle studies that compare a card payment and a cash payment.
Cash on delivery. Available to every customer, including guests, for orders paid in AED and delivered in the UAE or picked up at Monza Outlet, Ajman. You pay the order total in cash, to the driver at the door or at the counter. A cash on delivery fee of AED 10 is added to the order, delivered or picked up, and we show it before you place the order. Cash orders go by Standard delivery or pickup; Express is for card and wallet payments. An order of 10 ml decants alone is paid by card or wallet: cash on delivery needs at least one full-size product and at least AED 120 of products in the order; below that, pay by card or wallet. You may owe us no more than AED 1000 in cash at once across your open cash on delivery orders, fee included. If two cash on delivery parcels are refused at the door, cash on delivery is no longer offered to that account, or for a guest, to that phone number and email address. We confirm every cash on delivery order on WhatsApp, from Atir's business account, to the phone number on the order, and we may call before we dispatch it. If we hear nothing within 24 to 48 hours, we cancel the order. The AED 10 fee is not refunded on a change-of-mind return; it is refunded if the return is our fault.
Gift wrap and the gift bag are not available with cash on delivery, including cash at pickup; gift boxes are.
Fake orders. A fake order is one placed with no intention of accepting it, in another person's name, or with false details. Each one costs us a delivery we cannot recover. If we have reason to believe an order is fake, Shobra Outlet Trading L.L.C., trading as ATIR.ae, may:
·
cancel it, and any other open order placed with the same details;
·
stop offering cash on delivery to the phone number, email address or account used;
·
claim from the person who placed it the costs it caused us, such as the delivery and return charges, since UAE civil law obliges whoever causes harm to another to compensate it (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985, the Civil Transactions Law); and
·
report an order placed under a false identity, or to deceive us, to the police or the Public Prosecution, which may treat it as fraud under Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 (the Crimes and Penalties Law) or Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.
Changing your mind is not a fake order. You can cancel a cash order until you confirm it, and a parcel refused at the door is handled as set out above.
Card orders are paid online before we dispatch them.
Buy now, pay later through Tabby or Tamara is something we plan to add. It is not live, and when it is we will update this page before switching it on.
Your invoice
We email a tax invoice with every order. It carries our VAT-registered name, Shobra Trading of Ready Garments LLC, our TRN, our registered address, the items, the VAT, and the total.
The invoice is the document you keep. Your card statement is not a tax invoice, and neither is the payment receipt from our processor.
If you need an invoice addressed to a company, email orders@atir.ae with the company name, address and TRN before you order and we will issue it that way.
Pricing mistakes
We list several hundred products and occasionally we get a price wrong. If the error is obvious we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather walk away.
Currency
AED is our base, accounting and settlement currency. For card orders, you may choose AED, SAR, QAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, USD or EUR. Stripe supplies the conversion rate used to show a foreign-currency price, then settles the proceeds to us in AED at the rate in force when the card is charged. We check that rate every hour. A displayed foreign-currency price stays as it is or rises. Currencies and rates shows the current rate for each currency and when it was last updated.
A refund in a foreign currency is made at Stripe's rate on the day of the refund, so the amount back in your currency can differ slightly from what you paid.
A foreign-currency price can be higher than a direct reference-rate conversion. It includes VAT at 5 per cent, the costs of accepting an international card, converting the currency, a 1 per cent margin against fee or rate differences, and upward rounding. Saudi riyal, Qatari riyal, US dollar and euro prices round up to a whole unit, and Omani rial, Kuwaiti dinar and Bahraini dinar prices round up to the next tenth. We show the final amount before payment. If your card's currency differs from the currency you choose, your issuer may make a further conversion or charge its own fee; we do not control that charge.
Payment security
Card payments run through Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure, which is normal and is there to protect you.
If you see a charge from us you do not recognise, email orders@atir.ae before contacting your bank. We can usually explain it in minutes, and a chargeback takes weeks.
Payments on your card statement show as ATIR.
