Ask within 7 days of delivery, sale or not. Any item must be unused, with the film around the box intact. Decants cannot be returned.

Complimentary gifts, the 1 ml and the Shukran card, cannot be returned or refunded. Keep them when you return a bottle. Faulty or wrong? Email orders@atir.ae and we will make it right.
