We check the return within 2 working days. A card refund then takes 5 to 10 working days to show. A cash order is refunded by bank transfer.

On a change of mind, a return fee comes off the refund: AED 20, plus 2.9% of the value above AED 1000, plus 1% of the value if a non-UAE card paid. A damaged, leaking or wrong item comes back at our cost.

Examples, UAE card: AED 300 back, AED 20 fee. AED 600, AED 20. AED 1000, AED 20. AED 2000, AED 49. A foreign card adds AED 3, 6, 10 and 20.

Why AED 20: it covers part of two courier trips, the collection from you and the trip back to our office. Above AED 1000, the card network keeps its fee when we refund. Delivery and the cash fee stay with us.

Cash orders: we send a bank transfer to an account in your name within 5 working days of approving the refund, then your bank takes its own time. We pay the transfer charges. You get the refund less only the return fee and, on a change of mind, the AED 10 cash fee. Example: a AED 250 bottle back on a change of mind, we transfer AED 230.
