The clear plastic wrap around each box is there to protect it on the way to you.

Scratches, tears, creases or bubbles in the wrap, and tape, stickers or security tags on it, are not damage to the perfume or its box, and not box wear.

If the box or bottle under it is damaged, tell orders@atir.ae within 30 days. We collect it at our cost.
