Sophia Grojsman

Born in Belarus, she trained at IFF's laboratories in New York and composed there for decades. Her perfumes are known for a soft, powdery rose. For Yves Saint Laurent she made Paris in 1983 and Champagne in 1993, renamed Yvresse; Trésor for Lancôme is also hers.
