Jean-Claude Ellena

Born in Grasse in 1947, he started at Antoine Chiris as a teenager, and in 1968 became the first student of Givaudan's perfumery school. From 2004 to 2016 he was Hermès's in-house perfumer. His work includes Cartier Déclaration, Terre d'Hermès and Un Jardin sur le Nil.
